As a business mentor, I act as your partner. We meet 4 times during the 3-months program and 7 times during the 6-months program for an intensive in-person or virtual session to work on your strategy.
In addition, we call, e-mail, and WhatsApp about important matters or questions that arise.
We create insight, ideas, and impact.

The program
3 or 6 Months Program
The program is in-person or virtual and during a period of 3 or 6 months with one-on-one sessions. It is all about passing knowledge, sharing experiences, and above all, experiential learning.
You can start this mentorship program at any moment, and during our first meeting we discuss the concept and expectations of this mentoring program will be defined.
You can ask questions, share ideas, and together we build towards a great period ahead.
After our kick-off meeting, we are going to focus on YOU and you have my undivided attention during the one-on-one meetings. You need to schedule your own appointments with me. These can be held either in Dutch or English.
As a mentee, you are responsible for the quality of your own specialization track. Which means, there is no growth without action! Together we set your learning objectives and you prepare questions you want to get answers to during the mentoring program. I will guide you in setting priorities and goals.
As a mentor, I share my experience with you and reflect on your questions. The topics that are discussed depend on your questions/input.
