All information that you leave with us, we will keep it very safe with the most modern techniques. You can read below why and when we do give your information to anyone. What we do with your data
We use your data for tracking your visit and follow up on your requests and membership, so your experience on DBI will be a personal one.

Deliver your order
For your order, we have your name, email address, address (s), pay information and may need your phone number. This allows us to deliver your order and keep you informed about your order. We give your information to others when needed for an order, for example to food delivery services and our distribution centre. We demand of our external vendors that they deal with your data just as carefully as we do.

Your membership
We store the following information: your name, address(es), phone number, e-mail address, shipping and payment information and specified information and interests (for example, if we have asked you your birth date). Convenient, because then you don’t have to enter this information each time. We will also keep information about your previous orders so that you can easily find it again.

You can sign up for our various newsletters. To stay informed of our offers, promotions and our news. We have general and personal/membership newsletters. The personal newsletters, we put together based on your visit, data, IP address, previous orders and cookie techniques. That makes the newsletter more interesting for you. Improve our website and service
We’re always working to improve our services. Therefore, we can use your data to ask if you want to join to an informal customer or market research. Your email address at the end of the investigation will be deleted.

Fraud
We don’t support fraudulence actions. This is why we use customer information in order to investigate and prevent fraud. If we sense fraudulence actions, we give customer information to the Government.

Payment
Membership fees should be paid in time. We may pass your personal information to a collection agency and/or bailiff who collects unpaid invoices on our behalf.

Business customers and partner program
Also from our business clients and partners, we store the contact information. Is this personal data, then we deal with this data just like that of our other customers.
